1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GumPulse website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is true, accurate, and current.

3. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after an order confirmation has been sent, for reasons such as product unavailability, errors in pricing or descriptions, or suspected fraud. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Cashfree (UPI, debit/credit card, and netbanking). We do not store your card or banking details. All transactions are encrypted in transit. Cash on Delivery is not currently offered.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship free of charge across India. Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered in 5–7 business days from dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

6. Returns, Replacement & Warranty

GumPulse Go is a personal hygiene device and is not eligible for return or refund once opened. We offer a 7-day replacement for manufacturing defects and a 1-year warranty. Full terms are on our Returns & Refunds and Warranty pages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and trademarks — is the property of GumPulse or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GumPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Grievance Redressal

If you have a complaint or concern, you may contact our support team at support@gumpulse.in. We are committed to acknowledging and resolving grievances in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
